Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and reliable Experienced General Labourers to join our agile construction team for various high rise construction projects. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction projects by performing a wide range of manual tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades and contribute to impactful building initiatives.

Duties
Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks with precision
Install flooring, tiles, cabinetry, and perform carpentry work as needed
Support plumbing, electrical, masonry, welding, and painting activities to meet project specifications
Follow safety protocols diligently while handling caulking, concrete work, or operating heavy machinery

Experience




Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of general labour tasks in a rapid-paced environment
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
Knowledge of various trades including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying, and concrete finishing
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
Strong commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship

Minimum 3 years Construction Experience. High Rise experience an asset.
