Grainger is seeking a Field Operations Associate II to service multiple customer sites primarily in North America.

This hybrid role focuses on inventory management, customer problem resolution, and maintaining product stocking levels. You will engage in both route-based and non-route activities while ensuring safety and compliance on customer sites. Key Responsibilities:
Serve multiple customer locations on a defined route
Receive and stock products accurately at customer sites
Resolve customer issues to boost loyalty and service quality




Perform machine break/fix activities and data collection
Identify and generate current product orders during visits Requirements:
Solid customer service and inventory management skills
Ability to adhere to safety and inspection requirements
Experience in executing account strategy and cross-functional initiatives
Willingness to travel and comply with customer screenings
