This role combines strategic planning with a focus on enhancing economic growth and community engagement, while managing a nimble team of four. Regular in-person attendance in the Rutland area is required to strengthen community ties. Key Responsibilities:
Advocate on behalf of members and engage with community stakeholders
Direct and manage a small team to implement strategic initiatives




Build partnerships to access funding and support URBA’s mandate
Drive events that promote business prospects
Ensure presence within the Rutland community Requirements:
Over five years of leadership experience in relevant fields
Demonstrated skills in community engagement and revenue growth
Strong advocacy and negotiation capabilities
Familiarity with the Rutland community is advantageous
