Manage customer interactions from greeting to close
Provide tire service recommendations and condition assessments
Present repairs in explicit, honest terms
Coordinate work tasks between technicians and customers
Nurture customer relationships for long-term loyalty Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a service advisor or writer
Fluent in explaining vehicle issues clearly
Beneficial to have protractor knowledge, training provided
