Lead comprehensive strategies for advancement and fundraising
Enhance alumnae and community engagement initiatives




Mentor and lead the Advancement team for high performance
Report progress to the Head of School and Board members
Build partnerships to further fundraising success Requirements:
Solid experience in educational fundraising, especially seven-figure gifts
Proven team leadership and development skills
Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required, advanced education preferred
