Inc is actively looking for a Foreman to oversee small crew operations focused on the installation and maintenance of vital municipal infrastructure. In this full time, permanent role, you will lead trenching and pipe installation tasks while enforcing safety protocols and quality benchmarks. This hands-on position is ideal for leaders who thrive in the field and seek to mentor crew members towards achieving project success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a small crew to meet project expectations
Conduct daily safety assessments and enforce policies
Supervise trenching,



installation, and restoration work
Maintain clear communication with management and inspectors
Ensure adherence to municipal standards and safety protocols Requirements:
5+ years in sewer and watermain construction
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Robust understanding of municipal construction standards
Valid driver's license (G)
