MDSearch is recruiting Family Medicine Physicians on behalf of an established and growing Family Health Organization (FHO) in Brampton, Ontario. Join a collegial practice with immediate access to an existing patient base and the flexibility to build a thriving practice within a well-supported, integrated healthcare environment. The position can also start as a locum , making it a great option for a physician who would like to try the practice before making a longer-term commitment.

Position Details
Practice Model: Family Health Organization (FHO)
Clinic Size: 8 Physicians within the FHO
Team: 6 Family Physicians
Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, Locum, or Adaptable Schedule
Work Arrangement: In-person, Virtual, or Hybrid
Compensation: 90% to start, 85% through the full build year, 75% once established

Requirements
CPSO independent practice license (or eligibility for licensure)
