Perform medical assessments and treatment plans
Offer consultations for Nurse Practitioners as needed
Aid in charting and participate in case reviews
Help develop health promotion programs
Engage in regular meetings and on-call duties

Requirements:
Medical degree and family medicine certification required
General license from College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
Proven experience with vulnerable, complex client populations
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Competency in MS Office and medical record systems

Support client health and wellness through a cooperative approach at the Health Centre.
