With at least three years of relevant experience, you will analyze financial data and assist in achieving compliance with various accounting standards. Your analytical abilities will be vital in recognizing discrepancies and guiding strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare timely balance sheets and income statements
Perform variance analysis to identify improvement prospects
Assist in journal entries during financial closing periods
Conduct bank and intercompany reconciliations
Prepare reports for internal and external audits Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3 years of experience in financial reporting
YARDI proficiency preferred
Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling
