Welcome to Dolly’s—Toronto’s go-to late-night country bar where the neon is bright, and the party never stops! We’re looking for high-energy, hardworking Server Assistants / Bussers to join our crew, keep the floor moving, and help us throw the best honky-tonk party in the city every single night.

About the Role

As a Server Assistant / Busser at Dolly’s, you’re the backbone of our floor operations. When the bar gets packed and the music turns up, you’ll keep the floor clear, the tables wiped, and our servers and bartenders stocked. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role perfect for someone who loves the nightlife hustle and wants to grow in the hospitality scene.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain a spotless floor, clearing glassware, empty bottles, and trash ahead of the crowd
- Partner with bartenders and servers to wipe down high-tops, booths, and bar counters rapid
- Assist with running food, restocking ice/supplies,



and keeping service stations organized
- Help tackle floor spills instantly to keep the party safe and stomping-ready
- Bring top-tier energy, hustle, and positive vibes to every shift
