Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong background in serving or bartending
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Lightspeed for order entry and transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques




- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and change calculations
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
- Experience with food preparation, kitchen procedures, or hospitality operations is highly desirable
- Effective communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience while increasing sales potential
