Join our dynamic team as a Server/Kitchen Helper and become a vital part of delivering exceptional guest experiences! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for serving guests, taking dine-in and online orders, and supporting the kitchen team when needed. During busy periods, you will be expected to balance front-of-house responsibilities with assisting the kitchen to help keep orders moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Take and manage both dine-in and online orders, ensuring orders are entered accurately and prepared for timely service.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, and accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
- Assist the kitchen during busy periods while continuing to manage serving responsibilities, customer orders, and online orders as needed.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation, assembling dishes, packaging takeout and online orders, and replenishing supplies.
- Help ensure orders are prepared and delivered efficiently during high-volume service periods.
- Assist with kitchen cleanup and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant.
- Manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment, including serving guests,



processing orders, and helping the kitchen.
- Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Work closely with both front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Experience
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is an asset.
- Robust customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures is preferred.
- Ability to multitask between serving, online orders, and kitchen duties, especially during busy periods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed as part of a team.
