Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities through friendly recommendations.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments swiftly.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, responding promptly to requests for refills, additional items,



or assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, adhering to sanitation standards and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to create positive guest interactions.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations.
- Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.
