Join a well-known M&E; consulting engineering firm as an Intermediate Revit Technician in North York. This role focuses on drafting mechanical layouts for diverse building projects.
As part of a growing team, you'll contribute your 3-5 years of Revit experience and mechanical knowledge in a fully in-office position. Ideal candidates will have residential project experience, although commercial and institutional backgrounds are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update mechanical drawings and Revit models for projects
• Design detailed mechanical layouts based on documents
• Prepare drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Work collaboratively with engineers to ensure drawing quality
• Support BIM coordination and maintain project standards
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Revit experience in a relevant environment
• Solid mechanical background in building systems
• Proficient in mechanical drawings and layouts
• Residential experience preferred along with other project types
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and drafting/BIM tools a plus
