As a Registered Practical Nurse in CAMH's CCC-6 program, you'll engage with diverse adult populations facing mental health and addictions challenges. This role promotes professional growth through mentorship, group programming, and participation in reflective practices. You will be supported during your orientation by leadership and engage in a team-oriented, educational work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess mental health and substance-related disorders
• Provide documentation on client responses to interventions




• Facilitate group programming sessions effectively
• Contribute to trauma-informed and culturally competent care
• Mentor and supervise nursing students
Requirements:
• Registration in valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current B.C.L.S. (CPR) certificate
• Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Bilingualism is an asset
