Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out
Perform necessary pre-tests for eye care
Educate patients on frame selection and fitting
Manage billing with insurers and patients
Support clinic operations with various tasks Requirements:
3 years optical experience required
CCOA designation is a plus
Proficiency with MS Office and other technologies
