Mix is looking for a dedicated Occupational Health Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the safety field.
Your role will involve enhancing compliance with safety regulations, developing effective safety procedures, and conducting thorough inspections. You will play a critical part in promoting protected practices in a bustling industrial environment. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee occupational health and safety programs across the company
Ensure compliance with environmental codes and policies
Improve safety practices and procedures continually
Conduct hazard inspections and maintain inventories of safety equipment
Coordinate employee training and safety meetings Requirements:
Diploma or degree in a relevant field
5 years of experience in occupational health and safety
Knowledge of WorkSafeBC legislation
Level 2 Occupational First Aid certification
