In this role, you will provide comprehensive support, focusing on the drafting and filing of vital securities documents, including prospectuses and exempt distribution reports. Your experience will be vital in assisting lawyers through research and various tasks, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Collaboration within our diverse team will be key in delivering excellent client support. Key Responsibilities:
Draft filing documents, including prospectus packages
Manage TSX, TSXV, and CSE reporting tasks
Provide research support for legal matters
Assist with pre-closing and client communication
Stay updated on legislation affecting securities law Requirements:
College Diploma in Paralegal/Law Clerk Studies
Minimum 8 years' experience in securities law
Experience in law firm settings preferred
French proficiency is a plus
