Automotive is seeking an Estimator to create detailed repair estimates and communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a robust understanding of vehicle repair practices. You will collaborate with team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. Key Responsibilities:
Write accurate vehicle damage estimates
Guide customers through the repair process
Update ASE with customer interaction details
Communicate customer needs to team members
Participate in daily production walks with management Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years estimating experience in collision repair
Proficiency with Mitchell and Qapter
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google tools
