You will work in tandem with a team to ensure each project meets quality expectations while practicing effective housekeeping. Key Responsibilities:
Set up MIG welding machines and operations
Tack and assemble metal parts as needed
Read and execute shop blueprints accurately
Produce high-quality, defect-free welds consistently
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S Requirements:
Minimum of two years in MIG welding
Valid CWB Certification required
Basic reading and math skills in English
Team player with an awareness of safety
