MOSAIC is hiring an Experienced Medical Office Assistant in Burnaby, British Columbia, to support our healthcare team.
Your role will be integral in enhancing patient experiences through effective communication and organization. We seek a motivated individual with a Medical Office Assistant diploma and a minimum of three years of recent experience.
Your responsibilities will focus on administrative tasks, safeguarding patient information, and coordinating care. Engaging with a diverse community, you'll ensure an inclusive and family-friendly clinic workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming department mail and correspondence efficiently
Register patients and coordinate appointments as needed
Maintain cleanliness in exam rooms and waiting areas
Assist with medical records management
Communicate with interdisciplinary teams regarding patient care Requirements:
Diploma in Medical Office Assistance and at least three years of experience
Proficiency in patient management software and MS Office
Cultural sensitivity and excellent customer service skills
Ability to prioritize effectively in a high-pressure setting
