Your purpose is to cultivate a vibrant community, documenting progress and supervising volunteers every step of the way. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement various recreational programs
Provide basic care support during resident meal times
Ensure a clean and secure atmosphere
Oversee volunteers in recreational tasks
Keep track of resident participation in activities Requirements:
Must have Grade 12
Recreation Therapy Aide certificate or diploma required
Current First Aid and Food Safe Certificates
Minimum 1-year experience in recreation programs
