In this crucial role, you will report directly to the Estimating Manager and take charge of preparing cost estimates for projects valued up to $1 Billion.

Your expertise in reading construction documents and your experience with Design-Build projects will be essential as you lead meetings, manage tender deliveries, and ensure accuracy through effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Formulate comprehensive tender costs consistently
Lead tender management with transparent project goals
Present and explain project scope and risks
Maintain documentation for tender processes
Evaluate ongoing projects for cost management Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology
Over 7 years’ experience in estimating within construction
Hands-on experience with commercial bidding platforms
Solid IT skills, especially in estimating software
Knowledge of municipal works and MTO contracts Exercise your leadership abilities and analytical skills at GIP.
