Enhance tactical training with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police as an Emergency Response Team Trainer. This role requires expertise in firearms instruction and operational experience in tactical settings. The RCMP is seeking an experienced trainer for its Emergency Response Team.
Candidates should have recent operational experience with JTF2, be skilled in tactical training, and possess the ability to lead complex simulations. The position demands flexibility for irregular hours and travel as required to meet national training standards. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver tactical training sessions
Instruct firearms handling and tactical disciplines
Coordinate job simulation exercises
Assess and improve training effectiveness
Facilitate adult learning experiences for law enforcement Requirements:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Experience in modernized ERT program
Proven tactical training and instructional experience
Recent certification in firearms instruction
