Become a Float4Life Instructor with Easterseals Florida, helping children master essential swimming and safety skills. This part time position involves individualized instruction in various pool settings. As a Float4Life Instructor, you’ll deliver personalized lessons focused on water safety and skill development for children, including those with special needs.

This role requires managing client progress, ensuring a secure pool environment, and communicating effectively with families about milestones. Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored Float4Life instruction to clients
Coordinate lesson schedules and track individual progress
Maintain a protected, clean pool atmosphere
Work closely with families to foster water safety
Actively assist children during lessons in the water Requirements:
Required certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED
Experience with young children and special needs communities
Must have a valid Florida driver's license
Ability to lift children up to 50 pounds
Willingness to pursue Float4Life Certification Support children’s safety and confidence in water with Easterseals Florida's Float4Life program.
