FLINT is seeking an experienced Environmental Division Manager to guide its growing Decommissioning and Abandonment division.
In this permanent position, you will leverage over 15 years of experience in industrial and environmental asset retirement, focusing on complex well abandonments and site transitions.
Your role includes fostering client relationships while ensuring compliance and successful project delivery in Western Canada and Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Decommissioning and Abandonment service line operational performance
Oversee complex abandonment programs and site transitions
Identify and develop recent business prospects and proposals
Build relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
Mentor multidisciplinary teams, promoting safety and improvement Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
15+ years in asset retirement, demolition, and site transitions
Proven leadership in contractor-driven execution and field operations
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for closures
