Support educators and students at Birches as an Educational Assistant in Special Education. Facilitate meaningful learning experiences for children with unique needs in a cooperative atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and wish to contribute to nurturing student development. You will collaborate closely with teachers, implementing instructional activities tailored to individual and group needs.

Essential duties also include monitoring students’ personal care and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with individual and group educational activities
Implement teachers' instructional plans consistently
Support students’ special needs as per IEP requirements
Engage in educational training to enhance skills
Handle personal care tasks as designated Requirements:
High school graduate; college experience is a plus
Experience with children in educational settings
Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
Certification in CPI to be obtained
