Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and install drywall panels accurately according to project specifications and blueprints
Prepare surfaces by applying primer, caulking, and finishing materials to ensure smooth, seamless walls
Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise installations
Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, taping, and applying joint compounds for a flawless surface
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation and finishing processes
Collaborate with carpenters, painters, and other trades to ensure cohesive project progress
Conduct minor repairs, touch-ups, and maintenance tasks as needed to uphold quality standards
Experience
Prior experience in drywall installation is needed
Skilled in reading blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution
Hands-on experience with carpentry tools and handyman tasks enhances your versatility on site
Demonstrated ability to work safely with power tools while adhering to safety protocols
Construction experience combined with a proactive attitude ensures effective project completion
