We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will prepare various baked goods promptly while maintaining high-quality standards. Shift starting will be 2:00 am / 2:30 am part time for Saturday and Sunday
Duties
Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards
Decorate donuts and pastries as needed
Package finished products for sale or distribution
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Follow the Master Cleaning Checklist prepared by the Manager
Requirements
Experience in food handling, baking, and cooking
Knowledge of food safety practices in a kitchen environment
Familiarity with the food industry and bakery operations
Proficiency in cake decorating techniques is a plus
Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is advantageous
Solid attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
