Duties
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and learning among young children
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages positive social interactions
Support children’s emotional well-being through caregiving, active listening, and guidance
Observe and document individual progress, sharing insights with families and team members to support each child's growth
Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure comfort and safety
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards




Adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of children with disabilities or special requirements

Requirements
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Strong classroom management skills with an emphasis on positive reinforcement
Ability to provide compassionate caregiving while maintaining safety protocols
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members
Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education or caregiving are preferred
