The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its Enforcement Division's Skilled Practices Team in Toronto. You will manage practice materials, maintain knowledge resources, and ensure training and career development needs are met.
Reporting to the Manager, Skilled Practices, you will interpret Securities Act implications, monitor regulatory developments, and help investigators and counsel with guidelines, templates, checklists, and toolkits.
