Rural Roots Childcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant learning environment. Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that support early childhood development across multiple domains
Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among children
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements, ensuring inclusive participation in all activities
Maintain a clean,



organized classroom that adheres to health and safety standards at all times
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and participate in ongoing career development opportunities
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on children's progress and address any concerns

Experience
Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments
Demonstrated caregiving skills that promote nurturing relationships and emotional well-being
Knowledge of child development milestones and best practices for early learning settings
