As the Service Manager, you will oversee program design and implementation, manage resources, and lead a team focused on serving those with disabilities.

Your role includes evaluating service delivery and collaborating with the CSS Management Team to drive improvements and enhance community support. Key Responsibilities:
Develop programs for effective Community Support Services
Manage staffing and budget adherence for program resources
Recruit, train, and evaluate service support staff
Monitor operational effectiveness and suggest improvements
Analyze budget variances with the Regional Director Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in relevant field required
2 - 5 years' experience in social services or health
Proven management capabilities necessary
Robust organizational and communication skills
