ServiceNow Developer & Administrator (CAD and CSA Certified)

Contract Role

Location – Toronto Down town, 3-4 days to office

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, platform governance, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and security compliance.

Mandatory Skills

- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- Robust proficiency in ServiceNow development (custom apps, scripting, workflows).
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and integration technologies (REST/SOAP).
- Experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

Good to Have

- Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit).
- Knowledge of IRM (Integrated Risk Management) capabilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, NIST).
