ABOUT THE ROLE The Picker/Packer will be responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled from the warehouse inventory while meeting all productivity and accuracy standards.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

Monday-Friday, Full-Time, $20.60 CAD

Tuesday & Friday: 12:30 PM to 5:45 PM

Wednesday & Thursday: 9:15 AM to 5:45 PM

Effective October 23: Monday schedule added, 9:15 AM to 5:45 PM.

Onsite: 5555 Trapp Ave, Burnaby BC

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Pull customer orders
- Maintain minimum lines per hour productivity requirements and works with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accuracy while pulling orders
- Act professionally and remain focused while working
- Safely operate all warehouse equipment
- Ability to follow directions
- Perform cleaning activities as required
- Maintain a protected and clean warehouse
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Ability to follow detailed instructions/detailed oriented
- Ability to use electronic devices
- Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to Stand and walk for 8+ hours per day
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Ability to count, add, subtract,



multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets written in English
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS In performing the job of a Puller, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery. WORKING ENVIRONMENT

- The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
- The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
- Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines.
- Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.
