SRG is actively engaged in large-scale industrial, civil, and mining-related construction projects across Western Canada. Projects typically include civil earthworks, concrete, mechanical, structural steel, and electrical scopes in remote and semi-remote environments. TheGeneral Superintendentis responsible for leading multi-discipline construction teams, including superintendents, general foremen, foremen, and trade personnel. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, scope, and budgetSupervise and support superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and field personnelCoordinate daily and long-term work planning across multiple disciplinesEnforce OH&S; standards and corporate safety policiesConduct site safety inspections and safety meetingsMonitor productivity, manpower, equipment utilization, and sequencingManage subcontractor performance related to quality, safety, and scheduleTrack progress and provide regular updates to project leadershipCoordinate with environmental, regulatory, and quality teams as requiredRequirements10+ years of construction experience on industrial, civil, or mining projects5+ years of experience in a General Superintendent role with proven experience managing large crews and multi-discipline scopesStrong background in multi discipline general constructionExperience with budgeting, cost control, and contract oversightDemonstrated strong computer skills, including proficiency with industry-standard software, datamanagement tools, and digital communication platformsStrong knowledge of OH&S; regulations and industrial safety standardsExcellent leadership, decision-making,
