Help people in distress by promptly mobilizing operators
Answering calls for those in need of assistance
Apply critical thinking to efficiently manage resources
Deliver industry leading customer service
Create calls and review service requests
Support the team of operators to get to those in need

Job Requirements:
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to learn and use multiple applications, and software systems




Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast paced workplace
Available to work shifts from Sunday to Saturday
Knowledge of Automotive, and Transportation an asset
Clean criminal record check

Experience dispatching or working in a high paced environment is preferred, but not required. We're looking for someone who can think outside the box under pressure, and make effective dispatch decisions. The successful applicant will receive paid, in-house training upon hiring.

Schedule
12 Hour Shift
4 on 4 off
Day Shift (6am to 6pm)

Supplemental pay types:
Bonus pay
