Carry out routine maintenance like painting and plumbing
Address and fulfill guest maintenance requests
Coordinate with IT for system operations
Implement safety protocols and preventive care
Assist in external landscaping and appearance Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of maintenance or construction experience
Ability to work solo or as part of a team
First aid certification is beneficial
Basic IT hardware knowledge a plus
