Oversee electrical installations while ensuring optimal safety and quality in project execution. In this full time role, you will manage and execute substation construction activities, drawing from over ten years of electrical construction experience with a solid emphasis on high-voltage projects.
The Substations
Superintendent will lead site teams, optimize subcontractor performance, and collaborate closely with project managers. Your technical guidance will ensure all work aligns with industry best practices, codes, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement substation construction strategies
Supervise daily operations and safety practices
Mentor and train field personnel on standards
Ensure compliance with EPC contract specifications
Coordinate with civil and structural teams for workflow
Requirements:
Min. 10 years in electrical construction
Experience leading teams in a supervisory capacity
Familiarity with electrical codes and installation practices
Solid safety mindset and leadership skills
Must be open to relocation for projects
