Present product features and adhere to best practices
Support product configuration for demonstrations
Engage in partner-facing meetings and provide insights
Identify sales blockers and escalate appropriately
Utilize CRM and demo platforms for accurate reporting Requirements:
Background in customer service and sales necessary
Solid communication and detail-oriented mindset
Familiarity with SaaS or banking preferred
Proficiency in English, knowledge of French is a plus
