Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications to ensure consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by cooking, plating, and completing meal preparations promptly
Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets health regulations
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold the restaurant’s standards of excellence
Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or related food industry roles preferred
Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling safety standards
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards team members and guests
Experience with food preparation equipment such as knives, grills, ovens, and fryers is desirable
