Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen by ensuring cleanliness, food preparation, and efficient dishwashing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, experience in food service, and a solid commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. Duties
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including countertops, cooking equipment, and utensils
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware promptly to ensure availability for food preparation
Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks as needed
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines




Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Support the team during busy service hours by assisting with food service and customer needs when required

Requirements
Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred
Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
Experience with cleaning and maintaining kitchen cleanliness standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork skills and valuable communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to culinary arts and hospitality operations

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
