We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical systems within industrial, residential and commercial sites in the Belleville and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in industrial, residential and commercial settings
Use hand tools and power tools to perform wiring, conduit bending, and other electrical tasks
Work with low voltage systems and assist with wiring
Support in performing routine inspections to identify potential electrical issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Follow detailed instructions from senior electricians to complete projects efficiently and safely
Requirements
Basic electrical experience or coursework related to electrical systems preferred
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints, and low voltage wiring is a plus
Prior experience in industrial electrician work or construction environments is advantageous
Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
Willingness to learn recent skills on the job under supervision
Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing for extended periods and handling equipment safely
