In this operational role, you will manage program intake, product launch coordination, and performance tracking. You’ll ensure your team has the structure and tools to excel. Key Responsibilities:
Direct enablement intake processes and triage requests
Ensure critical programs receive necessary focus
Coordinate product launches seamlessly across teams
Maintain program management reporting and infrastructure
Implement tracking for performance metrics and outcomes Requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience in program management
Proven track record in handling conflicting priorities
Experience with OKR management and reporting
Solid analytical and project management skills
