Developer role at Economical, part of Definity, involves cultivating solid relationships with independent insurance brokers to ensure their effectiveness and business growth. You will act as a strategic advisor, monitor performance metrics, and propose business plans tailored to meet both broker and organizational objectives. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Insurance
Experience in broker-facing roles within insurance
CIP designation, or in progress
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
