We are looking for a dependable and efficient Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. The Dishwasher plays a critical role in ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and ready for use, supporting smooth kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as required
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, sinks, and storage spaces
Ensure proper handling and storage of clean dishes and utensils
Dispose of garbage and recyclables according to procedures
Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors and surfaces
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Support kitchen staff during peak service hours as needed
Requirements
Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
