Position Overview: We are looking for a part time dishwasher
Duties
Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to meet health standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas to ensure a safe workspace
Assist with organizing and storing clean items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff
Support food preparation activities by handling basic cleaning tasks in food prep zones
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours
Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain recycling protocols to promote an environmentally friendly workspace
Experience
Prior experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in food establishments is advantageous
Basic understanding of kitchen safety practices and food handling regulations
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards in a quick-paced setting
