Duties
Prepare patients for ECG tests, Holter monitor application, and blood collection procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process
Operate and troubleshoot ECG machines and Holter monitors to capture high-quality cardiac data
Collect blood samples using proper phlebotomy techniques, adhering to safety and infection control protocols
Verify patient identity and accurately document all procedures performed
Maintain equipment calibration, cleanliness, and inventory of supplies for seamless workflow
Educate patients on test procedures, answering questions to ease anxiety and promote cooperation




Record detailed notes in patient records, ensuring clarity and compliance with healthcare standards

Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to cardiology and phlebotomy procedures
Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and empathetically to patients
Ability to operate ECG machines, Holter monitors, and phlebotomy equipment confidently
Attention to detail for accurate data collection and documentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient safety and comfort
