Craft comprehensive construction budgets and cash flow schedules
Update estimating databases to reflect current market conditions
Distribute and maintain monthly project schedules as needed
Collaborate with teams on budget reviews and projections
Enhance Job Cost Excel programs through continuous improvement

Requirements:
10+ years of estimating or quantity surveying experience
Construction Management degree or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of building codes and construction methods
