Duties
Design and deliver dynamic English lessons tailored to individual student needs and learning styles
Assess students’ language proficiency levels and set achievable learning objectives
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension
Incorporate interactive activities, multimedia resources, and real-world scenarios to enhance engagement
Track student progress through assessments, reports, and regular updates
Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and curiosity
Communicate effectively with students, parents, or guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement
Skills
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English, especially to diverse age groups or skill levels
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Experience working with children or young learners is highly desirable
Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and positive learning atmosphere
Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and feedback
Passion for education and helping students succeed in mastering the English language
